How the Process Works

1. Intro Call
We start with a short conversation to understand your books, the volume of your transactions, and what you’re looking for - simply see if we’re a good fit to work together.

2. Secure Account Review
If it feels aligned, you’ll provide secure access to your accounts through a password manager like LastPass. LastPass allows you to share access without revealing your actual passwords — I can log in to review the structure of your accounts, but I never see or store your login credentials. You also maintain full control and can revoke access at any time.

3. Quote & Next Steps
After reviewing your accounts, I’ll send a clear flat-rate quote based on the number of accounts and volume of transactions, along with the recommended next steps.
